1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI SEO Writer ("the Service") operated by AI SEO Writer ("we," "us," or "our") at aiseowriter.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms, and "you" refers to that organization.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

AI SEO Writer is a web-based platform that provides:

• AI-powered analysis of websites to extract business context
• An asset library for managing images, text, and URLs for content creation
• AI-generated SEO blog posts in four formats: Tutorial, Step-by-step Guide, Case Study, and A vs B Comparison
• Custom prompt template creation for reusable content generation workflows
• Multi-language blog generation in 9 languages

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

You must sign in using Google OAuth to access the Service. By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to access the basic profile information provided by Google.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].

One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse signup bonuses or circumvent platform policies is prohibited and may result in termination of all your accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must NOT use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Produce spam, misleading content, or content designed to manipulate search rankings in bad faith
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Violate any intellectual property rights, including using copyrighted material without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary algorithms or AI models
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
• Generate content relating to illegal activities, violence, exploitation, or hate speech

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these acceptable use policies.

5. Content Ownership and License

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using AI SEO Writer, including the blog posts, projects, assets, and prompts you generate. You own 100% of the generated content and may use it commercially, publish it, edit it, or repurpose it without restriction.

License to Us

By uploading content to the Service (such as images and text to your asset library), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI workflows, and features, is owned by AI SEO Writer and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without explicit written permission.

6. Payment and Billing

Credits-Based Model

AI SEO Writer operates on a pay-as-you-go credits model. There is no subscription. You purchase credits in one-time packs and spend them as you use the platform. Credits do not expire.

Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the one-time charge to your payment method.

Refunds

Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using purchased credits, please contact us at [email protected] and we will review your case.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the Service.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits relating to the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
